Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that our customers have adequate time to evaluate their purchases while maintaining our high standards of service.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@norvessio.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
  3. Package your item(s) securely with all original tags and documentation
  4. Include your RAN and original receipt in the package
  5. Ship the package to our returns department at:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our quality control team will inspect the returned items
  2. You will receive an email confirmation of the return receipt
  3. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  4. The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges, please:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for your desired item
  3. Include a note with your return mentioning the new order number

This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your desired replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  2. Provide order details and photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  4. A replacement will be shipped or a full refund issued including original shipping charges
